All Personal Data collected by this app, and stored on the mobile device, are acquired when creating new records for items and people, taking pictures and recording the user’s voice.
How Personal Data is Used
All Personal Data collected and stored on the mobile device is used exclusively by the app user. No data is used or accessible by AW Results Inc.
How Personal Data is Disclosed or Shared
The only Personal Data that is disclosed or shared are those items the app user (mobile device owner) decides to share. AW Results Inc. does not have access to the Personal Data stored on the mobile device and therefore cannot disclose or share anything.
How Personal Data is Protected
The Personal Data is stored on a app user’s mobile device. The owner of the mobile device should take all necessary steps to protect Personal Data collected and stored by this app in the same fashion they protect other Personal Data items that are contained within the mobile device’s storage.
Change or Deletion of Personal Data
All changes or deletion of Personal Data is controlled by the app user (mobile device owner). AW Results Inc. has no access and cannot change or delete Personal Data stored on the owner’s mobile device.
